The Department of Organization Studies studies organizations from a relational perspective. The focus is on networks and relations as well as processes of cooperation, coordination and control within and between organizations.
The department has a strong emphasis on theory driven empirical research and teaching rooted in the social and behavioral sciences. Organizational sociology and organizational psychology are the disciplinary pillars of the research and education programs of the department.
The department offers Bachelor and Master's programs in Organization Studies, including a track within the Master’s specialization in Global Management of Social Issues, a track in a Research Master and a Bachelor program Global Management of Social Issues.
